We will need the following from your business in order to be able to accurately complete your accounts: summary of sales and purchase invoices, all bank statements, summary of expenses such as utility bills, phone bills, rent, and salary. We will also need any contracts or documents relevant to the preparation of the annual accounts including company statutory information such as Certificate of Incorporation, memorandum and Article of Association. We need this information no later than four months before the filing deadline with Inland Revenue in order to make sure your accounts are completed in time.
